Training Kidscípulos - Holistic Approach

In the heart of Radicais, we believe that every child is a seed of unlimited potential, ready to flourish when nurtured with love, care, and an innovative educational approach. It is with this conviction that we conducted a Radical Training, grounded in holistic pedagogy.

This training was not just an opportunity to enhance leadership and teaching skills; it was an experience where each participant could learn practically how to impart faith in Jesus in a truly impactful and transformative way for children. Guided by holistic pedagogy, we delved into the spiritual, emotional, and rational spheres of each individual, recognizing that the holistic growth of a child requires attention to all these areas.

Throughout the training, we explored how to effectively apply the principles of holistic pedagogy in our interactions with children. We learned that being a Radical leader goes beyond simply teaching concepts; it is about understanding the heart, mind, and spirit of each child, enabling them to connect deeply with their faith and identity in Christ.

Every shared moment fueled our passion for ministry and reinforced our conviction that we were on the right path. It was beautiful and impactful to see leaders stepping out of their comfort zones, challenging themselves, and allowing themselves to grow. We had moments of deep brokenness, where the spirit of unity and love for one another inspired us. This experience was truly enriching and left everyone, including the team, with a sense of gratitude and excitement for what lies ahead.

The training was intense and enriching. Each activity challenged us to think creatively, to adapt our approaches, and to connect more deeply with the greater purpose behind our ministry. In the end, we emerged not only with new skills but also with a renewed passion for impacting lives through the holistic approach we use at Radicals.
